Training academy overview

 

Hastie Recruitment's training academy provides unique and bespoke service training solutions for flight attendants and cabin crew from commercial operation to private VIP corporate jets. 

​

This is a government-approved training academy and our courses and qualified trainers offer the content and skills associated to deliver one of the world’s most prestigious training programs.  The courses are designed with the vast experience and knowledge of our company director, Michelle Hastie who has over 20 years of experience in both commercial and corporate aviation. Michelle has worldwide experience on most aircraft types and is an executive member of the European Corporate Flight Attendant Committee (ECFAC).

We offer two unique and bespoke types of training courses.

​

The first is "VIP Flight Attendant Training". This is an intense 2-day training program which is specifically designed for single crew corporate jets. This will fully prepare you and ensure all skills, techniques and knowledge are up to date to excel within this most prestigious area of private aviation.

 

The other is "VIP Cabin Service Training" designed predominantly for operators who provide a VIP service utilising multi-crew on larger aircraft types and companies who operate a fleet of private jets. These courses are tailor-made for each organisation guaranteeing new and existing crew work in perfect harmony providing the very best service to meet and exceed all passenger expectations.
